How long will my order take to be delivered?

We make your entire order, including the print and frame, especially for you. Print orders are generally dispatched in about 3-5 working days. Large orders, framed and stretched works may take up to 21 working days to dispatch. Like any small business, our workload varies considerably with seasonal and other variations, so please note that during busy periods, we may take slightly longer to dispatch. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we'll juggle things around!

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Absolutely! Proceed with your order and the shipping will be calculated in the cart.


My log in does not work?

Carefully check your login details and re-enter them to ensure the problem is not simply a typing error. You would have been sent an email when registering. Ensure that you have typed the email address associated with your printism account correctly. If you are still having trouble, the 'Forgot your password' link on the 'My Account' login page will allow you to reset your password. If all else fails, email us or contact our production department on 1800 940 996 for assistance.


What if my credit card details are not accepted?

What if my prints arrive damaged?

Contact our production department on 1800 940 996 or email us through the 'Contact' page. One of our staff will assist you.

Can I make a change to my order once it is in the system?

We always make every effort to accommodate customer requests. However, once production of an order is well advanced, it cannot be cancelled.
